This policy explains what personal information RightIPTV Canada (“we”) collects through rightiptv.ca and WhatsApp, and how we use it. We follow the principles of Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Information we collect
- WhatsApp conversations: your phone number, name as shown on WhatsApp, and the messages you send us (for example your device type and plan choice).
- Account data: your IPTV username, plan, start and end dates, and device MAC address when needed for setup.
- Website analytics: anonymous usage data collected by Google Analytics and Google Search Console (pages visited, device, approximate location) using cookies.
How we use it
To activate and support your subscription, process payments, send renewal reminders, prevent abuse, and improve our website. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us run the business (for example WhatsApp/Meta for messaging, Google for analytics, and our hosting provider), or when required by law.
Retention and your rights
