These terms apply to your use of rightiptv.ca and any RightIPTV subscription (“the service”). By ordering a trial or subscription you agree to them.
1. The service
RightIPTV provides access to an IPTV service for personal, non-commercial viewing. Channel line-ups and on-demand content can change at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that any specific channel, event or title will be available.
2. Accounts
- Each plan allows the number of simultaneous connections purchased (1 by default).
- Login details are personal. Sharing or reselling an account without our reseller program can lead to suspension without refund.
- You are responsible for your device, apps and internet connection.
3. Orders and payment
Orders are placed through WhatsApp. Prices are in Canadian dollars. Your subscription starts when your login is activated and does not renew automatically. Refunds follow our refund policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to record, rebroadcast, resell or publicly display content from the service, and to follow the laws that apply where you live.
5. Availability and liability
We aim for a stable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period.
